JUDGING

Artwork will be judged by the contestant's own gallery, that way everyone will be judged at the same extent. For example, if your entry is really rubbish compared to some of your other artwork in your own gallery, that may effect your score. You are not being scored, artistically, against other artists in these events.

•Composition
The feel of the overall drawing. Do the colors corrospond well? Is the background appropriate for the drawing? Weather? Lighting? Keep it all in mind, this will be judged.

•Artistic
Is this entry original? Does it have your own touch to it that is recognizable to you? Make this artwork your own. Remember, no tracing.

•Realism
Please keep things realistic, inluding tack and rider apparel. This will be judged strictly. Use some references if you don't know what a dressage horse may wear, or a jumper. Don't trace it... get ideas from it.

If I have a horse that is over five years but absolutely no experience... Is he not able to compete?

for the RVS All Star Show Jumping class, it says it will be held on the RVS's sand arena .. now I`m not sure if I missed it in the journal or something, but does this mean it`s held outside, or inside? :XD:
